Where do you deliver? We deliver across all seven UAE emirates — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, and Fujairah.
How long does delivery take? Dubai and Sharjah orders are delivered within 5–6 business days. All other emirates are delivered within 7–10 business days.
How much does shipping cost? We charge a flat fee of AED 15 on all orders across the UAE.
Can I track my order? Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or WhatsApp.
What payment methods do you accept? We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only with Bank transfers / Credit card payments arriving soon. You pay when your order arrives at your door.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order? Please contact us immediately at nesturbane@gmail.com. We will do our best to update the address before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order is processed.
What sizes are available for wall frames? Our wall frames are available in three sizes: 45×30cm, 60×45cm, and 80×60cm.
Are the frames ready to hang? Yes. All our wall frames come ready to hang with hanging fixtures included.
Do colours look exactly as shown on screen? We photograph our products to accurately represent colours. However, slight variations may occur due to differences in screen settings and lighting.
Are products in stock? All products displayed on our website are available for order. In the rare event an item is out of stock, we will contact you within 24 hours of your order.
Can I return a product? Yes. We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging with a valid return reason provided.
Who arranges and pays for return shipping? The customer is fully responsible for arranging and paying for their own return courier. Please ensure the item is securely packaged and use a trackable service. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during the return journey.
How long does a refund take? Once we receive and inspect the returned item in proper condition, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days via bank transfer.
What if my order arrives damaged? Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage at nesturbane@gmail.com. We will arrange a replacement or pickup if product is stocked out.
