We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return process.

Return Window Returns are accepted within 7 days of the date you receive your order.

Eligibility Conditions To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met: The item must be unused and in its original condition. All original packaging must be intact and undamaged. A valid reason for return must be provided at the time of the return request. Items showing signs of use, damage caused after delivery, or missing packaging will not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at nesturbane@gmail.com or via the Contact page on our website. Please include your order number, reason for return, and clear photographs of the item and packaging. After the written confirmation from The Urbane Nest team over email after going through all details, then only initiate return of product at your own cost and shipping method to official address provided by the team for Dubai.

Return Shipping The customer is fully responsible for arranging and paying for their own return shipment. Please use a reliable courier service of your choice and ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage in transit. Urbane Nest Studio will not be held responsible for items that arrive damaged or are lost during the return journey. We strongly recommend using a trackable service and retaining your shipment receipt until the return is confirmed received by us.

Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect the returned item in proper condition, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds are issued via bank transfer to the account details you provide. The original AED 15 shipping fee is non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items Items returned after the 7-day window. Items not in original condition or packaging. Items damaged after delivery. Items that arrive back to us damaged due to improper return packaging.
