Delivery Timelines Dubai & Sharjah: 5–6 business days. Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain & Fujairah: 7–10 business days
Shipping Cost A flat shipping fee of AED 15 applies to all wall frames / lamps / Rattan products orders across the UAE, regardless of order size or location. But for Mid to large size furniture like Rattan outdoor side tables / outdoor furnitures / wall frames exceeding 65 cm in length, the shipping fee is calculated at the time of checkout.
Order Processing Orders are processed within 1-3 business day of confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation via email once your order is placed. Delivery timelines begin from the date of dispatch which have 1-3 business days timelines
Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or WhatsApp to monitor your delivery in real time.
Payment Method We currently provide Cash on Delivery (COD) only with Bank transfers / Credit card payments arriving soon on website. Payment is collected at the time of delivery by our courier partner as part of COD.
